Great quality soft leather

Just receive my 6' 5/8" leather lead. I am very happy with the quality and softness of the leather. I would have rated it 5 stars but the swivel/latch is a little smaller than I had hoped. I am using a inch collar and it is tight to attach to both rings in "dead ring" fashion....... (We do guarantee 100% satisfaction. Send it back and we can fix it for you)

Outstanding leash,no need to break in tough leather.....bullhide is the only way to go. Very strong with top of the line hardware. You can't beat Steve for making up exactly what you need. Team Royale placed an order and Steve was very helpful making sure each one of us had the lead we needed.

5ft Leather leash

I would have rated this item a minimum of 4 ,maybe a 5 , if it weren't for two things.
1. The price is prohibitive. Especially the up charge for the extra 1ft in length.
2. For the price , the quality expectation was high! The raw side finishing was disappointing with lots of hairy extensions up and down the leash and around the
Wrist loop.
3. This one has to do with a poor choice on my part. The 3/8" width is too narrow. I should have opted for the 5/8".

I ordered one for our German Shepherd dog in 5/8 inch wide and 6 ft long. It is perfect. I love the feeling of the soft leather, stitching is strong and the hardware is top quality. I should have ordered another one for our female German Shepherd.

INCREDIBLY LIGHT & SOFT

Although I've just received this amazing leash -- so have not yet used it much -- I am SO impressed with the craftsmanship & feel of it.
I needed a very soft & pliable leash that could also wrap tightly against my small & delicate hands without hurting them when my medium-size (but very strong) dog pulls on our walks.
I also asked for a smaller loop than standard.
Thank you Steve for coming through beautifully on all counts!
I now plan to order a short braided chevron leash this very soon.

I finally found a leash as nice as my old "buttersoft" leash. A pleasure in the hand but strong enough to control my exhuberant Golden retreivers. bought one last year but my husband and I fought over it so this is my second purchase. now we are both happy.

I love this leash. It's a wonderful product that reminds me of leashes I had and gave away 35 yrs.ago! I've been looking for one to use with my Doberman and am very glad I found and purchased this one.
